Steve Newsom
Managing Director / Founder
Steve brings three decades of business development and market fulfillment, including two decades servicing as C-Suite leadership. He has hands-on experiences in start-ups including greenfield manufacturing, technology and software services. His passion is business development by providing guiding leadership from concept, to team building, to market success. His skills in understanding digital technologies and market acceptance has resulted in critical roles in new product creation, services, and brand developments. His expertise has resulted in substantial growth and opportunities, including public offerings and strategic exits and mergers.
Johan Blanco
CTO / Founder
More than 20 years of experience in executive leadership in IT, specializing in Software Development, App Development, Digital Marketing and Web Technologies. Johan has provided leadership for the development of software platforms from concept, to market release, through to market exit. He has exemplary skills in Project Management, E-commerce, Inbound Marketing, PM, ITIL, and SEO.

Krish Kothimbakam

Krish holds a Master degrees in Robotic Engineering from Worchester Polytechnic Institute. He has provided design systems at renowned company’s like Space-X and others. Krish supports Colibri through his professional knowledge and skills in cameras, process development and mechanical design. He too is an avid photographer providing freelance photography services since his early years in high school.

Mike Wade, MD, EM

Dr. Wade provides over three decades of leadership in the teaching residence in the practice of Emergency Medicine. He is affiliated with Prisma Health, Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. Dr. Wade was instrumental in identifying the shift in generational learning as the newer generations of residents preferred visual learning on smart devices. He led the awareness within PRISMA HEALTH for the need of video libraries / eCatalog for training, skill evaluation, and team response.
Lee Breshears, DVM, PhD, MBA DACVS, DACVSMR

Dr. Lee Breshears is Managing Partner of Spry Companions, a specialty veterinarian orthopedic surgical center in Denver, Colorado. Prior, Dr. Breshears was a practicing surgeon and partner in a large specialty hospital in the Denver metro area for more than a decade. This experience led to his desire to focus on challenging cases in orthopedics, minimally invasive fracture repair, advanced arthroscopy and angular limb deformities. Dr. Breshears holds an executive MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Dr. Breshears taught at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand appreciating the diversity of cases including the unique orthopedic injuries sustained in New Zealand’s working dogs.
Through Dr. Breshears experiences as a specialty surgeon and teacher, he identified the need to provide better visual learning to help establish best/better practices throughout the veterinarian community.
James Carder

Mr. Carder has built Continuing Education Services, for professional credits and revenue for over three decades. He was one of the first to establish on-line educational services in the fields of legal, accounting and medical serving the largest professional associations in these fields. He has successfully exited his growing companies. Mr. Carder help identified the paradigm shift in eLearning and the exploding demand for visual learning and its advancing technologies.
